Carrot Salad

The Duke University Medical Center Book of Diet and Fitness

This salad is from "The Duke University Medical Center Book of Diet and Fitness."

Serving size is 1/2 Cup = 60 Calories without sweetner.
1C Carrot, shredded
2T Raisins
1/2 C Pineapple Chunks, drained
1/4 C Non-Fat Plain Yogurt
Sweetner to taste.
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate one hours. Serve Chilled.
