Ingredients:
8 ounces nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon celery salt
3 tablespoons chopped red onion
6 ounces tuna in water, drained
1. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese and celery salt in food processor or blender. Scoop into a mixing bowl and fold in red onion and tuna.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve in a mixing bowl with fresh vegetables or spread on whole-wheat bread or crackers.
