Welcome to my newest blog. My name is Cami and I love to cook. I am not a Bipolar expert, however, I feel like I am because my son has Bipolar 1. I have spent a lot of time researching all I can in order to help him live healthier and happier. I have found that food definitely can make a difference. What I am trying to do here is put up recipes, most of which I have personally tested, in the hopes that it will benefit someone else out there.
